Born in 1977 in Kovrov, Russia (USSR). First university education 1994-1999 in French und German philology and pedagogy at Vladimir State University for the Humanities in Russia (gradueate in June 1999). Second university education 2001-2007 at Darmstadt University of Technology with focus on ancient world history and German philology. Masterthesis "Magic, Witchcraft and Superstition in Religious System of Ancient Rome" (September 2007). Since November 2007 Ph.D Student at the postgraduate school "Topology of Technology" at Darmstadt University of Technology. October 2008: my son Deniz Polat is born.
